Christy Crosser
'C2' promotes strategy whenever possible
as many nonprofit and healthcare organizations do not think
strategically. She has been responsible for developing policies
and procedures for rural and under-served health populations
as well as bringing startups on line. She's been assessing
and building health care systems and processes for over
20 years.
Christy Crosser earned her Masters Degree in Education at
Colorado State University specializing in Organizational
Development and a Bachelor Degree in Science from the University
of Utah in Community Health Education and Public Administration.
Her experiences include: Four years as a Health Educator
and Clinic Manager for a federally-funded family planning
and women’s health start up clinic in Utah; four years
with the American Heart Association as a Trainer and in
fund development; fifteen years as the Director of a regional
training center in Denver; and two years as a Regional Program
Consultant and Project Officer for the Department of Health
and Human Services in Denver. C2 is especially strong in
conceptualizing an opportunity and creating a unique solution.
C2 Strategies is a partner with Signature Resources, Inc..
Signature Resources associates are consultants to management
for business, government, education, health care and professional
organizations. Christy designs strategies to meet the needs
of clients in ways that are up-front and that work.
Christy conducts independent consulting work in the areas
of public health, micro-enterprise and not-for-profit management.
Christy is actively involved in supporting her community
by serving on the Board of Directors of MicroBusiness Development
Corporation and served as the board chairperson, and committee
chair of compensation. She is serving as the co-chair for
the newly established Lyons Community Foundation.
