About C2 Strategies
C2 promotes strategy, working with nonprofit organizations that do not always have a strategic plan. She has helped to develop policies and procedures for organizations that are well-established and for new start-ups. Her experience includes grant writing and fundraising.
Christy Crosser earned her Masters Degree in Education at
Colorado State University specializing in Organizational
Development and a Bachelor Degree in Science from the University
of Utah in Community Health Education and Public Administration.
Her experiences include: Four years as a Health Educator
and Clinic Manager for a federally-funded family planning
and women’s health start up clinic in Utah; four years
with the American Heart Association as a Trainer and in
fund development; fifteen years as the Director of a regional
training center in Denver; and two years as a Regional Program
Consultant and Project Officer for the Department of Health
and Human Services in Denver. C2 is especially strong in
conceptualizing an opportunity and creating a unique solution.
Christy has been active in her community serving as the co-chair for the all-volunteer advisory board of the newly-established Lyons Community Foundation, volunteering for the 9 Health Fair, and serving on the Lyons Economic Gardening Group (LEGG) a committee of the Lyons Area Chamber of Commerce.
